What counts as a verification?
A verification is consumed each time your application calls the UbID Verifier endpoint to cryptographically validate a user's credential. Re-verifying the same user in a new session counts as a new verification unit.
When does billing start?
Billing only starts once your 1,000 free verifications are exhausted. The Paradigma team will contact you before you run out to discuss upgrading to a paid plan — there are no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. During the pilot phase, upgrades are handled manually by the Paradigma team. Contact us at any time and we'll adjust your plan within 24 hours.
What is a branded package?
The Enterprise branded package lets your users receive credentials issued under your own domain (e.g. identity.yourcompany.com) rather than ubid.app. Your logo, your domain, your user experience — backed by the UbID trust architecture.
